You can use a virtual session as a taster or as a standalone support.
We can support you with all our services virtually. We will guide you through the process over the phone or computer.

Once you make an enquiry we can discuss what you need and where you would like to start.
Our sessions have a minimum booking of 3 hours unless otherwise agreed. Larger projects may require multiple sessions. You can arrange additional sessions as needed.
The time required depends on the amount of belongings, how quickly decisions are made, access to the space, and your level of involvement.
You are in control of every decision. We will ask you questions and guide you to help your decision making.
Simply ensure we have safe access to the areas you'd like us to work in and let us know about any pets, fragile items, hazards or restricted areas before your appointment.
Yes. We can take up to one car boot load of donations per session. Donation boxes and bags must be a safe, manageable weight for staff to lift and carry.
We can also take one bag of general household waste as part of the same car boot load, provided the contents are dry and do not include hazardous materials.
We are committed to disposing of unwanted items responsibly wherever possible. We make every effort to donate, recycle, or dispose of items sustainably, as reducing waste is important to us.
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit can be transferred to your new booking when sufficient notice is given.
Absolutely. Your personal information, circumstances and the contents of your home are treated as confidential. Before and after photos will only be taken or shared with your permission. Staff will arrive and leave quietly and our cars don't have branding.
Yes. We hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, so you can have peace of mind while we are working in your home.
